Service
What nights do you pick up?
Pickup nights depend on your plan and property. We confirm an exact schedule during your free property walk or instant estimate.
What do I need to do to get picked up?
Set bags at your door, or roll your bin to the curb, the night before your scheduled pickup.
What containers do I need?
Standard trash bags work for doorstep service. Curbside service uses NC fire-code-compliant lidded containers, included in your plan.
What if you miss my pickup?
Report it through the Service Request Center and we'll make it right.
Pricing & Quotes
How accurate is the instant estimate?
It's a strong starting number based on your answers. We confirm the final rate after a free property walk, and every estimate is valid for 30 days.
Is there a contract?
Residential service is month to month. Apartment, HOA, and property manager accounts are set up per the terms agreed during your property walk.

Do you serve vacation rentals?
